Keith Giovannoli is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Financing Solutions, where since 2012 he has led efforts to provide working capital to nonprofit and mission-driven organizations nationwide. Under his leadership, Financing Solutions has focused on delivering disciplined, transparent funding solutions designed to address the unique cash-flow cycles, reimbursement delays, grant timing gaps, and growth capital needs common in the nonprofit sector.
Keith brings more than two decades of executive leadership and capital structuring experience. Prior to founding Financing Solutions, he built and scaled a custom manufacturing company, ultimately leading a successful sale in 2000. As an entrepreneur who has navigated expansion, banking relationships, and exit strategy firsthand, he understands the financial rigor, risk management, and accountability required to build durable organizations.
His approach to nonprofit financing emphasizes planning, balance sheet strength, and long-term sustainability—principles that align closely with board governance responsibilities and fiduciary oversight.
In addition to his professional leadership, Keith has actively supported numerous nonprofit organizations and has been engaged in peer leadership networks for more than 25 years.
