Some people set such a high goal that they cannot even achieve and after a week or two, they lose motivation so they end up giving up. So that is why any goal you make should be attainable and you should be working towards it. You need specific goals you can achieve by a certain time. Once you understand this concept and apply it to your own business it will set you up for success in the future. For example, if you want to lose weight you should have the desired weight and how much time you are going to take to lose that much weight. This makes the goal specific and measurable by a certain amount of time.
If you have SMART goals for your own business and clients it becomes really easy because once you have that you can have a conversation with your team about long-term goals on where you want to be as a company in the future. Once you write down a goal there is an increased chance of you getting where you want to be. You can plan based upon your expectations and your client’s expectations.
